We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if you provide inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

The Laegendary Rc name and logo are trademarks of Laegendary Rc LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress that may appear on the Site or Store belong to their respective owners.
You do not acquire any right, title or interest in or to the Site, Store or Content. The use or posting of any Content does not imply that Laegendary Rc endorses such use or posting or represents that you have permission from us to use or post such Content.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access, view, download, and print Content from the Site or Store solely for your permitted use of the Site or Store and not for any other use without our prior written consent.

All product descriptions, claims, photos, availability, pricing, and special offers made on the Store constitute an invitation to treat. Your order placement represents an offer that is subject to confirmation by us via email. We reserve the right to refuse any orders at our sole discretion.
While we make every effort to provide current, accurate product photos and descriptions, such contents are for illustrative purposes only and do not reflect a warranty or guarantee of any kind as to appearance, fit, or other attributes of any product. We attempt to be as accurate as possible, but cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions and other content.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
We accept payment by credit card and via PayPal. All payment obligations are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are non-refundable, except as expressly provided under our Returns Policy. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery timelines displayed on the Site or provided via email are estimates only and are not binding promises. We will work to meet estimated timelines but cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We reserve the right to ship partial orders, and multiple partial shipments may be necessary to fulfill an order.
Signature or adult signature may be required upon delivery for certain products or destinations. If no one is available to accept delivery, your order may be returned and you will be responsible for all shipping costs. We are not liable for undeliverable orders due to inaccurate or outdated customer information.
Returns and Refunds
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or refunds on any products except as required under applicable law. If you believe you qualify for a return or refund under the law, please contact us to make arrangements. Custom-built or customized items are non-returnable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAEGENDARY RC DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE, STORE, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE, STORE, SERVER, OR CONTENT IS FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAEGENDARY RC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE, STORE, CONTENT OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, BODILY INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, EVEN IF LAEGENDARY RC KNEW OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, STORE, CONTENT AND PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF $100 AND THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LAEGENDARY RC IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Laegendary Rc and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any demands, claims, actions, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to (a) your use of or inability to use the Site, Store or Content; (b) your violation of these Terms; and (c) your violation of any rights of any third party.
Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your license to access and use the Site and Store and to block or prevent future access to and use of the Site, Store, and Content. All provisions of these Terms survive termination, except those granting access or use licenses.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site, Store, Content, or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.
Severability
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by applicable law, that provision or part of a provision will be severed, and the rest of these Terms will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
